Cancellation & Refund Terms

Current status

We currently do not take online payments through the site; the booking request you send is not binding and no amount is charged. Program, dates and price are agreed by email, and until that point you may withdraw your request free of charge.

Once the online payment step opens, the deposit, collection and cancellation/refund rates will be published here in detail. Until then, the terms that apply are those confirmed in writing by email.

Cancellation rules

For every booking confirmed by email, the following minimum rule applies: cancellation is free of charge up to 15 business days before the departure date. For cancellations made after that point, we refund the amount that remains once the costs already incurred and not recoverable (flight and train tickets, hotel prepayments, services already booked) have been deducted. Cancellation notice is given by email to info@catalumia.com; the date the notice reaches us is the one that counts.

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact page; requests are reviewed within 5 business days at the latest.
