Why can't I pay on the website?
We don't take online payments yet. You build your route or pick a tour and send a request; our team emails you the programme, date options and the final price within 5 business days. Sending a request is not a binding purchase and no amount is charged to your card.
Why don't the tours have dates?
We don't publish fixed departure dates. The programmes run all year and we set the dates together with you, based on your group's availability, flight options and the season of the places you'll visit.
What is a “tour leader” — is that a guide?
The tour leader travels with the group and runs the plan: transfers, entrance tickets, timing, the daily flow and anything that goes wrong on the road. We do not provide licensed professional guiding (official commentary inside museums and heritage sites), which is why we call our team tour leaders rather than guides.
What's included in the price?
It depends on the plan you build, and the route builder shows every line separately. Accommodation, the tour leader, city transport, dinners, museum and entrance tickets, cultural visits and coordination are included as standard. Flight tickets and intercity train tickets are separate lines. Personal expenses and travel insurance are not included.
Is the flight included?
It can be. Once you choose the city you're joining from, you can add the flight to the price; the amount is based on the distance between your departure city and where the tour starts and ends, per person and return. If you prefer to book your own flight, you simply switch that line off.
How do we travel between cities?
There are two options. The transport card covers travel within cities; in that case train tickets for the longer intercity legs are added to the price automatically. If you choose a private vehicle, it carries the whole route and no train tickets are added. A private vehicle requires a group of at least 6 people.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel up to 15 days before the tour starts, and an email to us is enough. Since we take no payment on the site right now, your request is not binding anyway and you can withdraw it at any time. Details are on the Cancellation & Refund page.
Can I build my own route?
Yes. In the route builder you pick the cities you want and set how many nights you stay in each. Because of travel time between cities, every route has a realistic minimum duration; if your plan falls below it, you get a warning when you send the route and you extend the duration.
What group sizes do you work with?
The route builder gives an instant price for groups of up to 8. For larger groups — schools, institutions or extended family groups — we prepare a quote; send your request and we plan it together.
What is the Club membership and how do I get it?
The Club is an annual membership of €36 that gives members a set of benefits; you'll find the details on the Club page. Membership isn't purchased on the site right now: you send a request to join and we email you a payment link.
