Data we collect

Catalumia processes information you share during booking and contact — such as name, email, phone and travel preferences — only to deliver the service.

Your data is shared with third parties only to the extent needed to complete your booking (for example, our payment provider); marketing use requires your explicit consent.

Visitor statistics

Visitor statistics for this site are measured with Umami, which we host ourselves (analitik.catalumia.com, our own server in the European Union). Umami uses no cookies and does not identify visitors individually; only aggregate page view and interaction counts are kept — for example, how many times a form was submitted. These statistics are not shared with third parties and never leave our own server. On group program and office pages the measurement script is not loaded at all.

Group program page

Group trips get their own program page. Anyone who knows the eight-character code given to the group can view it without creating an account. The page may show the day-by-day schedule, the places to be visited, and the contact details needed to run the trip (such as the tour leader's name and phone number, and accommodation details). We process this to perform the service agreement between us.

The program page is closed to search engines, collects no data from visitors, and is excluded from our visitor statistics. The code is an access key: it is given only to the group and the tour leader and should not be shared publicly. Once the trip ends the program is archived and the code stops working.

Account data

Creating an account is optional: you do not need one to browse tours, request a quote, or open a group program with a code. When you create an account we process your email address, your name if you provide one, and the profile information Google shares with us if you sign in with Google. No password is used, so no password is stored; you sign in with a one-time code sent to your address or with your Google account.

You can delete your account yourself at any time: the delete link on the My account page sends you a confirmation email, and once you confirm, your account, your membership record and your group participation record are deleted. Booking and payment records we are required to keep under commercial and tax law are not deleted, but they are no longer linked to your account. You can also download everything linked to your account as a file from the My account page.
