Kosovo is outside Schengen but its currency is the euro. The population is young, many people speak Turkish and visitors are met warmly. The order of the Serbian border crossing matters. What follows applies across the whole country.

Money and cards

Sockets are the same type as in Türkiye. Ask locally about tap water; bottled water is everywhere. Pharmacies are marked "BARNATORE" or "FARMACI".
